jtae9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Clause 1.1

Binding Agreement

By accessing jtae9 in any capacity — including browsing without an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jtae9 platform and close any account you have created. Your continued use of jtae9 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by any specific bonus terms, game-specific rules, and promotional terms that may be published on the jtae9 platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to the specific matter they address.

Clause 3.1

Registration Process

To register a jtae9 account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and create a password. Your mobile number serves as your unique account identifier and login credential. You agree that:

1. All registration information provided to jtae9 is accurate, truthful and your own. You will promptly notify jtae9 of any changes to your registration information.
2. Your jtae9 account is for your personal use only. You will not allow any other person to access or use your jtae9 account.
3. You will maintain the confidentiality of your jtae9 login credentials at all times. jtae9 will never ask you for your password. Any person claiming to be jtae9 support who requests your password should be treated as fraudulent activity.
4. You will notify jtae9 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jtae9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify jtae9 promptly.

Clause 3.2

KYC and Verification

jtae9 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or in response to unusual account activity. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Until KYC verification is complete, jtae9 may place restrictions on withdrawals. jtae9 is committed to processing KYC submissions promptly and will communicate the outcome to you via the contact details registered on your account.

Clause 5.1

General Bonus Terms

jtae9 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you accept the applicable terms in full. The following general conditions apply to all jtae9 bonuses:

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms for each offer.
2. Bonuses are credited in BDT to your jtae9 bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money BDT balance. Real-money balance and bonus balance may not be combined for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.
3. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. jtae9 reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has exploited a bonus offer through coordinated wagering strategies, abuse of multiple accounts, or other means inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
4. jtae9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modification or discontinuation of a promotional offer does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification.
5. Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not cash.

Clause 7.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtae9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent account closure without recourse:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, data mining tools or any artificial means to access, interact with or manipulate the jtae9 platform or any game offered on it.
2. Colluding with other players, the jtae9 support team or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on jtae9.
3. Using the jtae9 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. jtae9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transaction activity where required.
4. Registering more than one jtae9 account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing a self-exclusion restriction applied to a previous account.
5. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information to jtae9 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification or in communications with the jtae9 customer support team.

jtae9 reserves the right to investigate all suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, permanent closure and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. All decisions made by jtae9 in relation to prohibited conduct investigations are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Clause 9.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the jtae9 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of jtae9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jtae9 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the jtae9 platform without the prior written consent of jtae9. Game content displayed on jtae9 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is subject to their separate licensing terms.

Clause 11.1

Amendments to Terms

jtae9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jtae9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice on the jtae9 platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the jtae9 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately close your account and cease use of the platform. Closing your account does not forfeit any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — jtae9 will process a withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Clause 11.2

Account Termination

jtae9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where jtae9 determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to jtae9, other players or third parties. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jtae9 customer support. Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.
